Got to try Charleys for the first time today, and it was great! Went with a large standard Philly CheeseSteak with all the toppings. First time having a pickle with a CheeseSteak, but it went well with it. I believe the large is a foot long. There was good of steak in the sandwich, very generous amount given. My honest review. The food is good. No question there. And that is why the next part is a major disappointment.The service is a 2 out of 5. No doubt that the staff is kind of working hard but they all seem uninterested in being there and helping customers.They are unable/unwilling to accommodate simple requests and if you're vegetarian, eat at your own risk because they won't do anything special for you.Going there on the weekends are rough cause the food prep is poor and sloppy....read full review
