We had a 4family order, was parked behind another waiting customer. Got Home, 2-10pc nugget orders boxed Together ONLY 16 Nuggets & A Crumb, Sauce All on the Outside if nugget box...Ordered a Dbl Hambrgr PLAIN, git it W/Chz ?. What was the Purpose In having us Park just To get Order A Total Mess?!! NOT the 1st time they Messed Up, It's Become a Common Occurrence, whether we go Inside to order, Drive thru, Mobile order, Goodness what Has happened to Pride in One's Work?!!!
My order was taken fine but there was a man after me that i felt the cashier was taking his order wrong. The customer asked for 4 coffees with 3 creams and 3 sugars on all and the cashier made him repeat it 5 times and the customer was clear about it the cashier just kept looking down which i found disrespectful just maybe if he would of paid attention he would of got it so i took it upon myself to tell the cashier what he wanted

I came through the drive through yesterday at 6:23 pm. The man who took my order and the girl who gave me the order were incredibly nice. So much so that my 8 year old daughter was surprised by it! The fast food experience can be difficult for all involved, so it was very refreshing to have two people make the day seem that much better. I was specific about the time in the event a manager views these!
