My server Braxton (u believe that was his name) was great. My family and I watch him handle a very unpleasant guest at the table next to us. They literally complained about EVERYTHING Braxton brought to their table. I was agitated for him but he handled THE SITUATION VERY WELL. && as for me , and my family we had no complaints he made sure to check on our table often. I order here quite often, and since the pandemic I have gotten used to picking up my order instead of dining in. On Valentine's Day, I placed an order through their website, as usual. I picked up my order and went home. Normally I enjoy RL. Unfortunately, I stopped at this location Friday around 6ish. It took a bit longer to be seated than it should have considering they didn't seem busy. Our waitress confessed to being new which was fine. However, drinks took 30 minutes and dinner took over an hour to arrive. Our waitress did check on us apologizing that the kitchen was backed up.
