If I could give this location less than I one star I would.I want to start off by saying I LOVE Jimmy John’s, I order a few times weekly. As well as, for employee work events.Today I wanted to try and intended to 5 star chicken Cajun sandwich. Unfortunately I have an allergy sensitivity to jalapeños, So that was the only thing I removed. It came loaded with jalapeños, Which is an easy mistake. Asked the gentleman working the register, “Is it a better value to get two of the same 8 inch sandwiches or a single 16 inch?”, his response “That’s not really something I deal with.”Seriously? 0/5 for Customer Service.

Ordered online an hour ago and still have not received it. Was told by employee we are at the edge of delivery area and that it was in someone’s car with 5 orders before us. I get it. But an hour? We live 7 minutes away. Never again.
