While we travel the country we have the opportunity to visit many wonderful places & their local restraunts. Smokin Coop BBQ Pit has to be one if the best BBQ places we've been to so far. The food is exceptional, service is great and the atmosphere was fun! Spring to fall seasonal roadside spot with an open-air dining room, drive thru, and call ahead ordering. The staff couldn't be friendlier whether dine in or drive thru. The BBQ is on point, and the sides, mac and cheese especially, are worth exploring. Depending on the night or day, you may stumble across a local car group showing their rides while grabbing a meal.

2 slices of beef brisket on the sandwich - really!!! The loaded pork brisket potato was great. I do like how they ask how you want things I had two different peppers on the side and they did. Not sure I’m going back .
