I’ve had chipotle probably once a week or every other week. My experience today was the worst.The brown rice was at the bottom of the container and instead of swapping it out for a new one, she gave my partner and I the old stale one. When we tried it, it was crunchy! My partner said that his steak was too dry andsalty. This place needs new management, i keep giving them a chance but every time I order online it seems they make the food at the time they receive the order and have it sit there until pick up time. food is always COLD, and chicken tastes chewy as if its reheated from night before or something.Now if you go in, the workers have major attitude or look miserable, no one greets you or says thank you, and the one girl that is always there has the worse attitude. she will literally look...read full review
Terrible service. Placed an online order 45 mins before the closed. Food wasn't ready and they couldn't make it because they didn't have any meat, and claimed that they are closed 20 mins before their close time. Had to contact the corp to get a refund. They always mess up the online orders and are very rude.
