This review does not apply specifically to this location, as I have had the same experience at multiple locations over the past year. The food is okay and the service is typically pretty good. The biggest problem I have with Panera of late is that they are out of almost every type of bread after 4pm. Came in for a quick breakfast with the family & had the best experience at this Panera location! I originally wanted broccoli cheddar soup but was told that it would not be ready for 20 minutes so I settled on a bagel. After I finished eating my food, Rick the manager came out and gave me a free complimentary soup with a side of bread. From a whole company view, Panera has the resources to dramatically increase the customer's satisfaction by increasing the frequency of the attention given to the bathroom spaces. In addition, the customer would accept less than desirable bathrooms if the organization improved the sink water minimum temperatures requirements to increase the water temperature to above the current 54 degrees tap temperature.
