I ordered a large Pad Thai, like I used to order years ago, but found the bowl only half filled, and so sweet tasting, I could hardly eat it. The worst part about the entire meal was the absolutely cringeworthy cardboard straw they served for my CokeZero which was bitter for some reason. The straw had the most unpleasant texture and sensory feel to it that it finished off the once desirable nature of this meal. Just wanted to give a big shout out to the manager of Noodles & Co in Eastland Commons Shopping Center. My daughter ordered us lunch through DoorDash and they delivered the wrong food. My daughter called Noodles & Co to ask what to do in case our food was just sitting. The manager personally delivered our meal to us with a cheerful smile and a no problem attitude.
