I am a proud owner of The Original Pinsaria Pizza in town, and I am a HUGE fan of Adam Elpayaa and his amazing crew at Pizza Payaa. I ate there with my business partner today and was blown away by the excellent warm friendly service, the stunningly beautiful restaurant, the relaxing and fun ambiance, and the absolutely amazing menu and exciting specialty drinks. We ordered a sausage, mushroom and double cheese Detroit style pizza created to perfection. The dough was light, tasty and perfectly baked, the shredded mozzarella and the fresh mozz were crazy yummy, robust and soooo good! The homemade tomato sauce was fresh and scrumptious. The sausage is prepared in a way for the pizzas that offers a powerfully pleasurable taste experience. Just wonderful, really!I spend a significant amount of time in Italy and love tasting the different foods from the various regions there. One of my favorites is artisan baked focaccia bread. We were served a new creation of chicken brushed focaccia bread that is literally the best focaccia I have ever tasted!!! It was served with a light crisp outside and a tender flavorful inside, and the killer was that is had a magically exquisite hint of savory roasted chicken that was an experience you won't want to miss. “Last night, around 8pm, I had the pleasure of dining at Biaggi's, and what an elegant experience it was!Arriving with a party of 8, we were promptly accommodated in the elegant setting. Our server was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and an absolute delight.Onto the main event: the food. For starters, I opted for the honey-roasted beet and arugula salad, a seemingly unconventional combination that turned out to be a flavor sensation! The spicy walnuts, creamy goat cheese, peppery arugula, and sweet honey balsamic dressing melded together beautifully. Next up was the fettuccine with lobster, which initially caught my eye with its unique black fettuccine. Despite its unconventional appearance, the dish was a masterpiece. The fettuccine was luxuriously creamy, and the lobster paired perfectly with the mushrooms. The portion size was generous, leaving me completely full.And let's not forget the bread basket—a true highlight. The bread was impeccably crunchy on the outside and delightfully fluffy on the inside, a perfect complement to the meal.While we did experience a slight wait for our food, every moment was worth it in the end. “We ordered a pizza to be delivered. Took about 2 1/2 hours from time of order before it was delivered. We only live a few blocks away. Would have picked it up but did not have our vehicle. When we called to check on our order at 7pm, were told the delivery person left 15 minutes ago. Pizza finally arrived about 7:30. It was cold and the sauces ordered were not included. When we tried to call to talk to someone, the phone just rang.We have always had great service and food from Flingers, both in the resturant and delivery. Not sure if just an off night, but very disappointed. We did include a tip on top of the $4 delivery charge, so that should not have been the issue. We will not have food delivered from here again.“
“My family has been coming here long before I was even born. My childhood is filled with memories of Tobin's pizza with my grandparents and my brothers. Not much has changed over time- It's old school, but that's why so many people love it. The food is good, the service is good, and it always reminds me of the "good old days."“

“Generally like this place. Good pizza, pretty decent price. Last time I was there, though, the staff seemed to be having a conflict amongst themselves, and it was awkward and uncomfortable. A male staff person could not keep his mouth shut with respect to a female staff member who was present, and it was obnoxious. Definitely seemed unprofessional and tainted my view of this place. I still like their pizza, but was not impressed with how staff handled this interaction.“

I love adding artichoke and parmesan. We enjoy the Prati side pinsa and add cheese. Ordering online is a bit difficult.
