I believe when you have an above average experience to let others as well as the business know. I had never eaten here and wanted fried fish. I called, explained I was driving at the moment and asked about the fish. I was given a full rundown of all their fish options and eventually settled on the fried catfish with fries. It’s 11:10am and it’s still not open and not a worker in sight! They have been telling everyone they open at 10:45am now, I have been calling since then I showed up at 10:59am. Nothing! Their food is amazing!! But it’s almost to the point where is it even worth it with such an inconsistent staff!!! The one on Hershey never does this!!
