Recently held my birthday party privately in one of Ravens private terraces. I met with the event rep and she said we can arrive an hour early to set up. Space is nice but per usual not really professional it's like they doing you a favor paying them to book they space and offer food. I had a last minute event so I'm appreciative but everyone working needs to UNDERSTAND they working I won't be back to even chill I have three stars just off last minute booking but tuh

I went for a private party; Some arrived 30 minutes early. The bartenders wasn't open. The food was set up an hour after we arrived with ONE bartender to serve everyone for the entire block of time. It was about a 20 minute wait before the 2nd round of food came out. The wings were overcooked; some were burnt. 1)Have 2 bartenders serve a party of people. 2)Have food ready to serve at the start time.
