The food is fresh, hot, and consistently delicious. Go on a Tuesday for the BOGO. Also, the best server bartender Natalie works on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The lasagna is my favorite dish but call ahead if you want that because they run out. That’s how good it is.
THE LOVEABLE TRAMP Don't be dissuaded by the shabby-looking spokesperson--the pizza at Beggars is damn good. Residents of the Windy City and outlying suburbs have a plethora of pizza joints to choose from, whether cheap chains (Papa John's, Dominos, the Hut) or beloved Chicago institutions (Pequod's, Gino's East). Have had both dine-in and delivery service,the pizza was great. We had thin crust cheese & sausage both times and it was loaded with sausage. It was delivered piping hot, and our in restaurant service was good.Would have their pizza again!
