Usually my experience at this Chipotle is pretty smooth. The young woman (petite Black woman, always moving urgently & cleaning her station) working pickup is ALWAYS doing an amazing job.Unfortunately, today was terrible. Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. It’s always a mess and looks dirty at the food counter. The staff is so unprofessional and so unfriendly. Guaranteed to get food poisoning here.
The food is always horrible, crew to the polos are rude and you can tell are high most of the time. I felt like I was at a concert with the loud rap music and the pungent Oder of weed! I heard a crew member tell the heavy set manager how a crew member stole a managers check and forged and cashed it and how the manager quit because of nothing being done!
