Everything was how I asked ie uncut and light on the sauce. Their pizza dough, mozzarella cheese, and pizza sauce do not contain any alcohol. Lou Malnati's mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and romano cheese are all made with a vegetable rennet, not an animal rennet. If you're in the Chicagoland area, check them out.“

“Everything about this restaurant is amazing. Beautiful set up, very nice atmosphere inside and wonderful decorations. Service was great, our server was on top of it, super friendly, very kind. The manager came by to check on every table. Sangria was delicious. Would definitely recommend the zucchini fries. They have a Monday special which is half price all pizzas which is amazing because their pizza is so delicious and wood oven baked. One of the best pizzas in the area. Parking is not convenient. There is construction on the street currently so no street parking available. Closest parking lot is a 3 min walk or next best thing is the parking garage on the opposite corner. Definitely recommend this restaurant for a celebration or just a nice date night.“

I ordered chicken parmesan dinner and breaded mushrooms. The portion size was very generous for the price. Menu prices are very decent. Breaded mushrooms were fresh and juicy. “Their thin crust is mediocre at best and forgettable. However, their famous deep dish is absolutely fantastic. It has a thick, yet incredibly light, buttery, and flaky crust that lets you eat a few slices without feeling like you have a lead balloon inside of you. The sauce, at least to me, was different/better on the deep dish compared to the thin which is good. Plus, a square cut deep dish is unique, giving your some messy but delicious inside slices. Skip the thin, get the thick here.“
