Excellent sandwich shop. I have been here a several times in the past but obviously not for a long, long while cause it was completely revamped inside with the counter on the opposite side. I placed an order prior online on their app which I haven't used since we were in Indianapolis. I tried a new sandwich- a Caprese Salami Pesto which was a great delight! Something needs to happen here. I keep trying to give this place a chance but I’m getting frustrated. It should not take an hour for me to get sandwiches that take 15 seconds to make. This is not an employee problem, this is an owner problem. You need to staff appropriately. On the flip side the employees are always nice and helpful. So at least there is that.

I order contactless delivery from this location quite a bit since this is my nearest JJ location and just wanted to say thank you for all that the delivery drivers do! They are very quick, always super pleasant, usually wave and say hello if they see me outside getting my order. It’s always a great experience.
