Chef Alessandro is a genius. He's from Italy but his cuisine is not limited to Italian food. Terrific cooking and attentive service. The disappointing thing is that Flight 102 is only open five days a week, and always seems to be closed when I want to eat there. But when we do it's probably the best place in town.
This is a must eat in the Kankakee area! The service is second to none. They are so friendly and attentive! The food is amazing. Nothing quite like it in Bourbonnais! The wine selection is top notch!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Stopped in on a recommendation from a friend. Great place, great food, great service! Highly Recommend! The Bacon Wrapped Dates appetizer was very tasty. I had the Sous Vide Pork Chop, Excellent! The wife had the special for the night, Halibut! Very tasty! She did the red wine flight (nice size pours) which she really enjoyed and I had a Bourbon Old Fashioned, very good!!
