Superb customer service!! My daughter had a certificate for a free personal pan pizza for being an avid reader. I called ahead so we wouldn’t have to wait long. We get there and I send her inside. There was a wait. A long wait. Finally I go inside to see what the delay was. We ordered pepperoni for the topping and they made cheese. They let her keep those cheese AND remade the order! I love Pizza Hut! (Can’t help it lol! So good!!!)But my order came to 13.50 on the app for my pizza… if you include deliver cost, tip, and tax; it was 26$The minimum to place a deliver order is 15$. We use to love their pizza. Last night we ordered it and not real happy. We use to be able to get the garlic crust and they do not offer that anymore online. The pizza tasted just "doughy", not cooked enough. Breadsticks were awesome!
