“Our waitress was very attentive and patient. We came in with a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) and she took us in her section without a problem (there was another waitress that would not take on our party when the hostess asked). She checked on us frequently, the food was great, and overall great experience.Edit: We visited last Saturday and I cannot remember the name of our waitress. She was an older lady with brown colored hair.”

“Service is always very good at this location. They always seem to be fully staffed. We have had lunch and dinner here several times and a manager always makes rounds checking on all the tables. Very nice for families.”

“Stopped on Saturday (the day before Easter) and the place was buzzing with happy people and good food. We were a table of 6, and the service couldn't have been better. The young lady with the purple highlights was super pleasant and attentive. What a beautiful personality she has, definitely an asset to Y&B!Features: Called order in and picked it up. The wait staff was attentive and provided excellent service. The atmosphere of the establishment was welcoming and pleasant. In addition to the salmon, I also ordered the beef rib tacos, which exceeded my expectations in terms of taste and quality. I would like to extend my gratitude to all the staff members for their excellent work. Overall, I found the establishment to be of high quality and particularly notable for its cleanliness.”

“Had the strawberry French toast. The strawberries were fresh cut. Very filling and delicious. They need a larger restaurant to accommodate all the people that want to eat there. The servers were on top of their game even as busy as it was.”

“Tonight was my second visit for open mic night. I drank a couple Virgin Marys done Dave's way (that's him in the pic serving drinks). It's very good and comes with some great deli stuff on toothpicks! So even though I didn't order any food, I still have to give that drink a 5 star food rating. ?There are some great musicians on open mic night and the crowd is supportive and fun. There's a few of us who do a karaoke song or two in between sets. It's makes for a great time on a Tuesday night.”

“There staff in the Bradley store in the Bradley location honestly made a huge turn around!! Staff is very very nice!! The owners yet to meet them him or her but this place has made huge changes to everything to better accommodate there customer's service is great. Yes the upper Management did an amazing thing they went out with old and in with the new. Now it makes me feel as the corporation does value my personal feedback. Why because I'm gonna give you my absolute honest opinion. As for a place of employment I used to work at Kankakee store wish they would do some updating in the gaming room. But see they change management they couldn't have picked a better person. She actually trained me she's a manager gabbs very very positive polite great job in the turn around Shelby's!! Still yet to hit big at either location but due to covid-19 cases closed them up for a little bit. But when them doors open the atmosphere of both locations it's spot on. Once again great job SHELBY'S and Gabby for being one of the greatest people I have met speaks measures about the corporation!!”
