While placing an order yesterday 2/7/2024 the order taker was confused. Petra(manager) gets on the intercom and starting telling me to calm down she went on to tell me how to speak when she had an accent. All I was doing was trying to get the order right. Even though there was a lengthy line at the drive-through, the young black man operating the window—Nehemiah, I believe—was incredibly polite and nice, and he helped to make my experience there the best I've had at ANY business in a long time. absolutely merits a pay hike and a promotion! Sadly, this location seems to only be getting worse every visit. Recently, I got a breakfast sandwich with a lot of eggshell. Mornings seem to be the worst for organizations. Late night the food is often over salted. It's sad because of how close I live to them.
