Pre ordered good on app & I don't understand why it can't be ready when you arrive. The place is dead and 10 minutes in advance should be enough time for it to be ready when you get there.
It's my favorite fast food restaurant. Food is always great and the prices are much better than the competition. Service is always fast and friendly. I have been to many different locations, and they are always consistent in quality
