I'm changing my review down to 2 stars from 5 and don't think I'll visit this place again if I encounter the same lady manager that was there today 7/22 eve.I was a regular customer until I got a treatment with attitude today from some apparently inexperienced manager for no reason. I always order the same sandwich, the Italian, any time I go to Potbelly. On more than one occasion, the Italian sandwich I receive at the Buffalo Grove location doesn't meet the usual standards of the other locations I've been to. It either tastes weird, like it's missing one of the meat varieties, or I receive a sandwich with hardly any filling (the ratio is more bread than meat/cheese/toppings).
