I’ve been coming to this Harold’s for over 10 years and the customer service has been decent. Last few years it has gone down. Now they don’t take cash and charge a service fee to use card, then they mess up your order and don’t refund you the service charge and charge you another service charge on the correct order….. food is good but do better for your customers.Parking: It’s a one way in the lot and people park the wrong way all the time.Kid-friendliness: No tables...read full review

As usual I am starving I was out most of the day and wanted some Harold's chicken. I ordered a mixed chicken dinner. The chicken was hot and the fries were good . I got 4 pcs of chick a wing breast thigh and drumstick lol I shared it with my dog. ?

Fresh chicken this is definitely the cleanest and most tasty Harold’s Chicken I been too!! Customer Service was great but the wait time was long but at least my chicken was HOT & FRESH!!
