This is the second time I pre-ordered and prepaid via doordash and the food doesn't get fixed until I get there. The good is great service and attitudes not so much.

I ordered a pizza puff the middle was still cold ? I also ordered ? onion Rings did not receive them ? drove all the way back just to be told they would drop it again I was then sent to the second window hope it come back OK

They need to be more pro active with the peanut butter cookies. If you know they sell out your job should be to make sure you're never out. It's almost all the time you're out in the afternoon. Then you try to push the chocolate chips on people. Your biggest seller should never run low. My opinion as a frequent shopper.

The customer service was good. The food is hit or miss, I guess that it depends on the preparation. The presentation is always on point. The Garlic Fries are usually good, but too much Salt.
I ordered my food online and picked it up at the drive thru window. Very convenient and fast!!!! It was ready at the time it told me it would be ready. I had an Italian beef dipped with cheese sauce and hot peppers. I when I got back home I realized I didn’t get the cheese cup but the sandwich was so good it didn’t even need cheese. I hope it’s consistent and don’t change up on me I will be a return customer.

I called this location to place an order and no one answered the phone. I drive there and go through drive up. I politely ask ,if they took phone orders the young man said yes. I asked how ,if they never answered the phone plus it was still ringing while I was at the window and no one answered. Like the food but dislike the service. This is the second time the service sucked. First time order was messed up. That’s 2 strikes the third I will change my location. This time I’m reporting it.

I ordered from this location on Sunday via UberEats after 8pm. They have a promotion for buy one get one. I ordered 4 subs, and I should have gotten 8 in total. When I received my food, I noticed only 4 were in there. Instead of me calling UberEats, I went in to try to rectify the problem. The workers were smug, and VERY RUDE. The young man at the register told me that it was an UberEats problem, not their problem, because of the receipt. I showed him the app and pulled up the menu, that is pertained to this specific location to show him. He acknowledged that there was promotion, but it was still an UberEats problem, even though they are the ones that prepared, and packaged my order. Then a young lady came to the register, said the same thing in a very rude manner, and took my food. I called UberEats and waited in the store to speak with customer service, and even UberEats acknowledged that they were in the wrong by not honoring their promotion. I will never come to this location again, nor will I recommend this location to anyone. If you have a promotion on a platform such as UberEats it should be honored. Please do better.

This is my fave sub place, always has been. The slightly chewy bread, the semi-sweet mayo.. YUM! I get the turkey sub & LOVE it. Ya have to wait a little bit for your order, but TOTALLY worth it. Also, they have a drive thru!! I hope this place never shuts down. Better go today & support them!
