I had a item to return to JC Penny and I live in a western suburb, on the other side of town . I kept the item in my car to remember to return it. Now I am visiting a southside suburb and I wind up in Calument City and decide to return my item I had in my car for over a month or so! I have not visited River Oaks Center (I still think of it as River Oaks Mall) for some time chiefly due to highway construction that made it very difficult to get in and out of from where I live. There were also several first-run movie theatres that I believe were closed due to an antitrust legal problem.
