If I could’ve gave No stars, that’s exactly what was deserved. So on April 3,2024 I ordered on Uber eats, food arrived and my sonic blast had hair in the top. It was cool that I didn’t receive all my items but the hair was a NO for me so I called them and they said I could bring it back, this is the night shift it was 10:45pm at 1299 Torrence Ave, calumet city. I’m guessing they didn’t want to remake my drinks. The sonic blast had hair in this one also. It was so much that when I stuck my spoon in it, there was about 6 strands of hair on the spoon and they covered it with heath bar topping. They were laughing in the background because I was almost in tears about the hair.(I’m 7 months pregnant) and they could hear it in my voice, but something to me to look at my spoon and low and behold… a spoon FULL of hair. Yes this was done on purpose and I took pictures and you can definitely tell the hair was placed then ice cream and topping put on top. I will NEVER eat anything else from sonic and will be calling my attorney to see exactly what can be done about this.

Placed an extremely easy order #1 combo only ketchup. And they LOADED the cheeseburger so it was so messy you couldn't even touch it. I even had to repeat myself 3 times. I contacted customer service and they want me to download their app so they can send ne a cheeseburger with a purchase. What kind of horrible customer service policy is that??? Sorry we completely messed up your order. Download or app and buy something else and we'll make it right. What a COMPLETE JOKE!! Make another purchase to get my burger that YOU messed up, not me. Should have been an easy way to email me a coupon for a free combo meal. Or at bare minimum. The cheeseburger you screwed up. I'll never eat at any of your restaurants again. And I will let everyone know how terrible the customer service solutions are. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Went to the drive thru and order the double cheeseburger. Me myself, I like my cheese melted but they put the cheese right out the refrigerator on it and it's just a cold piece of cheese on my burger. I know this is no game changer but just put the cheese on the burger when it's on the grill and let it melt some. The driveup was fast and all but the food is what matters here. People don't want cold food with cold cheese on their food. If the burgers are already cooked just put it back on the grill and melt the cheese please Louise.

This is the worst sonic I have ever been to, the little girl who was working at night 3/10/24 was so rude. Every customer who came to the drive through you could hear her with an attitude yell “PULL UP” we couldn’t even get our full order in. I believe the manager was on the clock as well and was allowing this worker to speak to customers that way. When we got to the window she made some idiotic comment, didn’t greet us, and laughed bc our food was messed up. I figured she was young, so I let it go. I’m surprised she has a job by the way she acts, definitely isn’t ready for the real world. I wonder if it’s a generation thing for workers to act like you are bothering them to do THEIR JOB!

Went through drive thru.6 years since the last visit. Wasn't thrilled. Ordered the chicken wraps, cheese baja, and bbq. They were hot, but the tortillas were soggy. I wonder if they just warm the wraps in a microwave. Big difference if you were to put them on a griddle or grill top. The bbq sauce was very tangy for my liking, and the baja was salty. If you know my reviews, I am sensitive to salt, so....May be my pallete. The hickory cheeseburger was sloppy, sauce was also too tangy, and there was too much of it on the burger. The fries were cold. Im not sure what the average wait time is in the drive thru, but compared to others, we felt we waited long enough to at least get hot or even warm fries. When we came, there was only one car ahead and just us. I will say that when we drove back around, they did replace the fries for hot ones.We also ordered the cheesecake master shakes. Whoa!!! They have been known for their tasty, thick shakes, but I'm not sure what happened to these. They had too much of a cream cheese flavor. It was so overpowering that I did not finish it. Horrible! I LOVE cheesecake shakes....I prefer The Counter in downtown highland or even Culver's and Dairy Queen were better than this. I'm sad because we would make the extra trip when we could come out to Sonics. This will be the last......

The food was actually good for a northern Sonic. I finally found a Sonic I love here in Illinois. Ate here again last night and no complaints! The food was hot and fresh. Thank y'all so much!

One of the worst food places I have visited. The food was cold and nasty. I was literally the only person in there. Spent $15 and ended up throwing it away. It was completely disgusting. Contacted manager and worse customer service and employees were rude and inconsiderate. I filed a complaint with corporate and requested a refund.

Gave my food to the wrong car, was there for 5 minutes then took it back inside the restaurant and tried to resell it to me. No way!! Takes forever when there's no line. Too bad cause the only sonic bear by is this one.
