The female manager at this location is very rude. After making a special request for my order, she remarked loudly for me to hear that she was tired of the customers. The customer service has always been poor, but you expect more from managers. If you don’t want to work at Wendy’s, then you shouldn’t work there. The in door portion is also poorly maintained, especially considering they recently renovated.

They always make mistakes in the drive thru. I just ordered a junior bacon biggie bag. After receiving my order the girl asked me for my bag back because the wrong sandwich was in it. And when she gave the bag back she told me all my items were in the bag only to find out that my BBQ sauce was missing for my nuggets. And when you call to complain the voice mailbox is full.

My son loves Wendy’s chocolate chip cookies but every time I get them from this location weather it’s drive thru or door dash they always give me the wrong cookies once it was oatmeal twice it’s been sugar cookies instead of chocolate chip how many times can they say it’s a mistake? I tried to call to try to make it right and they never answer! ??

This was my first time at this location and I must say never again although it's 3 minutes from me. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal add pickles and 10pc spicy nugget meal. When I got home my food was old as OLD. The lady even asked me if I wanted to add pickles or only pickles and I still didn't get pickles. The nuggets and fries was old you cam tell been sitting there. I called back and spoke to a young lady about my order and was hung up on after she was suppose to been informing a general manager of all my issues. She tried to tell me my fries was hot, i said no mam the fries the young lady dropped I didn't get, my food came up before those. However, I pay for fresh hot food not old and they knew it was old. If they wasn't so busy talking about how they ready to go home, hanging out in car, or on cell phones maybe I would have gotten quality food. As a GENERAL MANAGER for 19 years this is UNACCEPTABLE. Now if I decide to go back I have to make certain all my food is cook to order and I shouldn't have to do that. Also, clean the store a bit more and employees shouldn't be drinking were food is being made.

This is the ONLY wendys location I have honestly ever encountered with excellent customer service. I was so so surprised and happy my first visit. I come to this location on my lunch breaks since I’m across the street at the Midwest Express clinic. I know how important reviews and such are for business. You all deserve your flowers and recognition for sure. Everyone is always so welcoming and have the most professional and warm voices. So fast too. Well done all around. I hope you treat your staff just as well as they treat your customers. They deserve it for sure. God bless. Have the best day.

Who is in the Drive-Thru at 12:13 43 meals two baconator in a classic chicken sandwich they gave me a double stack and our classic chicken sandwich had a hair in it I called up there took them 10 minutes to answer the phone I have to call back twice by this time it was 12:40 and I let them know what was the problem and I told them that I'll be on my way for my sandwich and they told me they're about to close so here I am play Old double stack sandwich definitely wasn't fresh and my wife got her hair and her chicken sandwich it's not the first time they messed my food up
