keepers quarters is the best restaurant in carbondale. all the servers are hot and friendly and cool and nice, especially the two kat’s! definitely recommend the best reuben in carbondale!
Chef Doug never disappoints! Came in early for some brunch. Started off with a key lime pie mimosa and the Tokyo Bloody Mary. Both were delicious! We ordered the squash press and the breakfast of champions. Both were very good! Squash press is very good hot when you get it. Still go later but wasn't as tasty and flavorful when it cooled off. Another recent addition to Carbondale's Best! Pls note this review posted in 2019, lol time just keeps marching on...but: back to the review!s Original and unique...at least for C'dale. Try the "Best Reuben"...it really is! Fries are freakin awesome too! It's worth going non-Keto for a sandwich and fries here!
