The manager at this location has terrible customer relation skills. I made an order thru my phone app and 2 of my burgers were missing ingredients. I brought them back to the manager he agreed and took them both to the kitchen to get corrected. After receiving them back one of the burgers was still missing and ingredient. Worst customer service ever.. waited for food that was sitting in plain site asked manager what was taking so long she replies were busy.and yells at me. no kidding I can see that.. I can also see the 5 other customers that came after me get their food. Demanded my money back since she was rude. She was like give me the soda back no worries you can have your nasty soday.. omg and she wanted to give me old food that was sitting you all have lost a customer and I'll be telling everyone...read full review

Just ordered a candy bacon whopper. Had high expectations for such an expensive sandwich.Total dud. Didn't come close to looking like the picture. Flavor was blah.I stopped coming to this location because of slow service. I gave them a chance for this new whopper and they failed. No more business from me.
