Well, I used to order the deep dish pizza quite often from this location. Great deep dish in my opinion, solid. They also have an excellent Malnati's house salad, and the chicken wings are pretty good too. That said, I'm not a big fan of the original owners selling out to a conglomerate investment firm. For a time, the pizza was the best anywhere. But lately thin crust has been overcooked a few times and deep dish arrives somewhat soggy. The worst thing is that their app doesn't work and it takes forever to order on the phone.

Ordered both a pizza and a salad. Was called and notified that they'd be remaking our pizza as it was less than perfect. I was so pleased they both took the time and called to notify me. My Dad was in from Arizona and Lou Malnati's remains one of his favorites! I'm so happy he was able to enjoy a Chicago favorite the right way this weekend!
