Incredibly slow service, drive thru crawls all the time. Being a Sip Club member loses its worth when it takes forever to get an iced tea. I was able to write this review while waiting for that same iced tea. Some day.

I just had the worst coffee ever in many years of loving my local Panera. I specifically asked for decaf with extra cream & Splenda. I got home and the coffee taste like burnt regular coffee so definitely NOT DECAF and very little cream. I needed to start work shortly so I didn't have the option of going back and stating my disappointment so going forward I will either not, or, go inside to place my orders because drive ins are no longer the quality of serve we've had in the past...read full review

I just tried ordering a sandwich I usually get when I eat Panera in the morning, however I became disappointed to realize that the Egg, cheese and sausage sandwich no longer comes with over easy eggs but scrambled. They don't make over easy eggs anymore. I'm so sad I still tried the sandwich but was disappointed. Change can be good sometimes but not this time. I won't be getting breakfast here anymore.Parking: Lots of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access.
