1st experience. Hype was significant. I had grilled chicken club and spicy chicken deluxe. Enjoyed both. Not blown away but will return and try other items.
Food is decent, some items are not as good. What I don't like is that when I go through the drive thu,I don't want ppl in my face. I WANT TO LOOK AT THE MENU AND TAKE MY TIME, NOT BE RUSHED OR FORCED TO ACT LIKE I KNOW WHAT'S ON THE MENU,I WANT TO LOOK AT THE ONE WITH LIGHTS, NOT TURN ON ALL CAR LIGHTS, FLASH LIGHTS, PASS AROUND IN THE CAR. DOESN'T MAKE IT GO FASTER, TAKES LONGER.

Best fast food in Champaign/Urbana. You can tell the owner/operator is there. You get nothing but smiles, quick service and no attitude. Laugh at the people in the portillos line across the street as it crawls at a snails pace while Chick Fil A whirlwinds the cars through. I've waited in portillos line for 40min+ with 3 cars ahead of me. They are AWFUL! Go here instead, you'll thank me later.

Chick-fil-A is in my opinion the best fast food restaurant in Champaign Urbana. The food is great but the service is even better. Everyone is always happy to help, and will serves you with a smile. Great restaurant.
