The picture on this site of old location. The newer one is smaller and a little plainer. The food was good, and I had the managers' lunch special. I had mine with steak, grilled onion, and cheese sauce in a floured tortilla, came with sour cream, lettuce and tomato, as well as rice. The cost was $10.99.
Group of 16 (6 kids) went to El Toro on Neil for dinner before an Illini BB game. They seated adults together and the 6 kids in an area tucked behind our table. The service was prompt, efficient and attentive. My standard Margarita was awesome ... thick consistency and lots of tequila.
