I went for their Spin To Win day ! It was great except for the seating was short of everyone that showed up ! ( A lot of us are not able to stand so long ! The parking was not thought out very well ! ) Otherwise everything else was Awesome except the guy calling the tickets ! You could see him exchanging tickets when he thought no one was able to see him doing it ! I think next time Lacy's should have 2 people working the tickets and a bucket for the picking and one for the one that had been picked instead of the tickets going in to his pocket ! ( They should pick someone from the players to pick the tickets )It was a great time and great food and drinks ! Lacey's workers were great with the food and drinks ! The music was great and the main guy on the mic was great working the people who showed up and the workers with him was Awesome ! ( That's the ones behind the ticket picker and caller ! ) I'll still play at Lacey's and attend their Appreciation Day for their players ! I wish the other casinos around would do the same ! It would get players to check their places as well !See you next time !It was great seeing the Owner talking with the people and taking photos with them ! That's a A++++++++ !

The old hag that works in here is rude!!! We’ve been twice and she’s come over to us and told us to turn our machine volume down because she can’t talk to her friend! You work in a gaming parlor, slot machines are loud, some people enjoy the sounds while they’re shoveling hundreds of dollars into them! Oh and also, if you want to talk to your friend, maybe do it off the clock and let your customers enjoy themselves!

Every time i go to Lacey's place at the crossing it is well cleaned smells great, and they have great workers. All of them are polite and friendly. The atmosphere in the place is great as well with a big open room and great lighting. Over all Lacey's place is one of my favorite places to go and play slots and video poker.
