We came during a busy Sunday, a line started to form out the door and they had a bunch of online orders. According to one of the employees talking with another customer the manager is out on vacation, and most employees don’t work weekends. They were holding it down during an extremely stressful situation, and while I commend and very much appreciate that. I hope management looks into hiring people that can work weekends to make their staff a LOT less stressed out.

Don't like the overcharge of billing when paying with a card that they fail to tell you and fail to have posted anywhere. Wondering if it's the policy or is it done only to "certain " people. Won't go here ever again. Charged double then what rhe order actually cost off the card.

I had a very large catering order that would've taken us forever to get out to the car if not for staff help!!! They were also great at communicating which is so important when ordering for a lot of people! Highly recommend :)

I ordered family meal Nov. 22 @ 5PM, 1 of 3 was the orange chicken, the server realized that they don’t have enough honey walnut shrimp talk to their manager and saw and heard him saying, we cannot make it. So, they talk to me telling that since they don’t have enough (maybe its just 3/4 of big box) so I asked them should I not pay extra $4.50 but the manager told me how about try the other spicy shrimp and he put it small box. I agree but to my surprise when I got home that he only put 3 tiny shrimp. its Thanksgiving Eve… I can’t believe how unprofessional he is. Everytime we have occasion we always order (for 18 people or more) to their store in prospect but not anymore.I also told friends and relatives not to eat their anymore.
