Service has been bad the last few times I’ve been to this location. Waiting over 15 minutes for a sliced and toasted bagel, while staff are literally standing around twiddling their thumbs, is wild.

$19 for a chicken sandwich that was supposed to be hot, but wasn’t. Ordered a baguette as the side, got a bag of chips that was already opened. To say this dining experience was on par with the best moment of my life is a tad bit of an understatement. Every single aspect of this restaurant(I know it's technically fast food but to me it's a beautiful restaurant and an outstanding place to enjoy the little moments that life has to offer) was simply perfectly executed with a love that is akin to grandmother's house on christmas. The customer service was warm and extremely helpful.

This location has not gotten our order right in over a year. We keep going here less and less, but my wife unfortunately really likes the food. Each time we call and they say, "oh sorry, we'll give you a gift certificate," and my wife keeps checking the bag because we assume they are going to screw stuff up. But we just can't keep up with how much they keep screwing up. Also, to get a refund, you have to physically go into the store after going through the drive through. We're at a loss. This location is not worth visiting. It used to be a nice restaurant. Too bad.

All I ordered was a bagel. with cream cheese. I had to cream cheese my own bagel and it still took 20 minutes for my bagel… waited 20 minutes for an overpriced mediocre bagel.
