Horrible service ,first off says my order would be 35 minutes they called from unknown number 28 minutes later I missed the call and tried to call back took 15 minutes to get hold of someone apparently they called to confirm my order 28 mi Utes after I placed it then when food does show up it 2 of the same orders and I was charged twice delivery person says they would cancel when they got back and made the statement that they will get to eat good tonight while I'm setting here with hour old pizza and 70 dollars worth of charges

Very friendly staff, the managers even gave me a free DoorDash pizza insulated bag, then another when my first was stolen. They happily gave me a new one next day!Never had missing item issues from here, as I work third party delivery, and it just lists item counts sometimes, but only before I mark arrived, then our info of your order disappears, and so does our tips when they forget items we cannot verify. Had issues at other locations, but never this one!Fast and effecient, the orders are times well, as never wait long, if at all, for these deliveries. There is no jealousy to us third party delivery people I noticed here, but some stores mess up our orders, seemingly on purpose, in other cities, plus read alot about it in an online pizza delivery drivers forum madeup of a bunch of braggerts and whiners. Grow up, adapt, or watch your job/industry die. Mainly, adapt, it proves you are actually human, and alive. Yolo! Seize the day, seize some za!

SOMEONE TOOK MY FIRST ONE, BUT THEY HAPPILY GAVE ME ANOTHER!HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PAPA JOHN'S!!!THEIR STUFFED CRUST PIZZA IS QUITE POPULAR, SO MUST BE GOOD. I ALWAYS OPT FOR CHEESE STICKS AND BREAD STICKS DIPPED IN THAT YUMMY YUMMY GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE, SO BUY EXTRAS, IT GOES WITH ANYTHING!??

If I could give them zero stars I would have. I waited over thirty minutes for food after they sent a message saying my food was delivered. When my food arrived there was no sticker sealing my box shut, and to top it off the driver was putting his mask on as I opened the door. A very big NO THANK YOU!!

I had ordered breadsticks and never got them. I came back like 5 hours later and told them about it and presented the receipt and they said they would make them for me!!! Craziest thing ever! So loyal!!! Love them!

I’m not one to normally write reviews but this experience has compelled me to warn others. I placed an order on Valentine’s day for a simple pizza order and brownie. The gentleman that took my order didn’t seem like he was in the best mood, but I understood with it being a festive day and the workers were probably stressed from all the activity of the day. With that in mind I wanted to be as patient and polite as possible despite the efforts to run me away by saying my order wouldn’t be arriving until four hours after me placing it. The order came slightly over an hour after the call which I was pleased about and the delivery guy seemed nice also which was a plus. I tipped the driver but once I saw the order, I realized I received a plain cheese pizza and not pepperoni. Not a huge issue, mistakes happen, and they were seemingly busy all day, so I simply tried calling back and that was when the experience truly took a turn. I was put on hold various times with the same few employees asking me the same two questions for roughly 30 minutes just to put me back on hold and ultimately hanging up on me. I called several more times only to be greeted by the same response. Being patient still, I finally got through to someone who said I could be credited for another pizza the next time I order again but the sheer lack of respect from the other employees who literally huge up when I merely wanted to state an error with my order has deterred me from wanting any interaction with the Papa Johns on green street again. Writing these events doesn’t give justice to how bad the communication was for something so tedious.
