Fast service. Good ingredients. They have a lot of seafood, so I assume most of it is imported or frozen, which obviously won't beat fresh seafood, but very good for Champaign-Urbana area. I would recommend for anyone wanting a quick meal.

I was looking for a healthy alternative and I found Poke Lab to be right in my strike zone. I wish I had taken some pictures of my food. Nonetheless, I ordered the Signature bowl with miso soup and it was delicious! A great mix of flavors that blended perfectly.

I ordered a larger size. Expected a physically larger bowl, incorrect I was. Just had more toppings without extra charge, no dissatisfaction. Was wonderful for a mighty appetite such as mine. "Two thumbs way, way up!"
