I love this place and I’ve been going here since they opened in late 2019 before the pandemics hit. I even made an effort even when working from home to support them during the pandemic by getting to go orders and picking them up. However today they made me a little weary of their customer service and desire to continue giving them business. They are closed apparently right now but you would never know that because all signs point to open. I was even able to place an online order but never got a time of when I could pick it up. When I tried to call they kept hanging out on me which meant someone was there. When a lady finally answered they where very rude and said I’d have to call the company they use for online orders, which has no way for a client to get ahold of and then another lady came on and told me the same thing. No offer to help me figure out how to get my money back because they are closed and it wasn’t their fault. Jon the owner called me and got me my money back but I basically wasted my lunch break waiting for food that would never be prepared and then told it was all my fault. Because I was supposed to know they were closed for repairs and ChowNow messed up allowing me to order. All the while me the customer was made to feel stupid and told I was to blame. I’m not sure yet if I want to come back here or will plan to let my friends know.

Really delicious food! I do prefer their bone in wings more than boneless as they're less salty and not over breaded. Their service is great and very easy to order online!

Have no sauces available hardly ever. Who runs one of all the spicy sauces and only offers three sauces a day? Also their phone system to order food sucks. Never will eat there again.

Favorite wing spot in ChamBana! You have to try the dirty okra. They make their own ranch that is delicious as well. Great customer service. Any time they’ve been out of something we’ve ordered online, Chansey has called us right away to touch base on any changes needing to be made.

I'm not sure whose fault it was whether it was Grubhub for displaying the wrong time, or the restaurant for providing the wrong hours. Anyway, we just placed and order and paid for our food and got a call from the delivery driver that he got to the restaurant and they were closed. I've heard the food is good so I want to try it in the future, and will change my review when that time comes. Just disappointed that I paid and have been waiting just to find out that the wrong time was displayed in Grubhub.

The staff was super super nice! The food was ready on time of estimated pickup too. They tasted fresh. The only reason I rated them a 2 was because it was so extremely salty for me. I got the extra hot and the rub, dipped in ranch it was over the top salty. Sorry just not for me. The corn bites were fire though. I just couldn’t finish the wings.
Average wings, average sauces. We ordered bone-in wings (mild, rum, spicy bbq) and fried broccoli bites. I would compare it average bar food. The fried broccoli bites were pretty tasty. I didn't hate it, but I was hoping for more since it's so close to me. So, if you're looking for a quick meal of hot wings that's pretty average, consider this your new go-to!

My wife and I ordered wings, broccoli bites, and onion rings. We ordered extra ranch for dipping and they charge extra for dipping sauces. Once we started eating the wings, both of the dry rubs were unedible they were so salty. We ate 2 each and threw the rest away. This was a first for me. Even the wet sauced wings were salty. The hottest wet sauce that had was barely wet, not saucey at all and you could see the salt run deposit under the little sauce that was there. Even the ranch was salty. Broccoli bites were pretty awesome though. The onion rings were so so. Broccoli bites- 5 stars Onion rings- 3.5 stars Wings- couldn't finish them: 0 stars.

Maybe we caught them on an off-day, but we weren't too pleased with what we got. The good: everything was hot and definitely just came out of the fryer... so much that when we got home, the styrofoam was melted. Everything was thoughtfully packaged and they were very generous with the fries. Therir honey gold sauce was excellent, and the chicken tenders were enormous. The bad: everything was crispy like everyone was raving about, but that was because it was overcooked. The wings were so dry. Our other flavor choice was the Dirty Rub but it was sooo salty that it was practically inedible. The fries were also too salty. It was like like a salt block. No thank you.
