Used to love the chicken teriyaki over rice but now, half the time it's tasteless (not enough teriyaki) or there are other issues like hair in the food. The main cashier is rude, drinks behind the food line (violation of food service regulations), and is snippy with some of the guests. TBH, even when the food is good you have a chance of coming into the Food Court only for the restaurant to be randomly closed, no signage, with Google saying that they're open.I...think I'm done. It's barely worth the ~$10 per dish when it's decent, when everything else is so mismanaged it's DEFINITELY not worth it.I suspect that they'll close soon.

The guy on the front ( fat guy ) are so very very mean and rude.I was think to call the cops but lucky my phones was run out the battery.That guy ( server ) not should be on the front line. After rude to me he cut my order to small order ( give to me less beef ) using their languages i dont understand and give me less foods! After that I just thraw my foods away. The cs are so mad!!Never come back to this place again!

I waited 10 minutes at the register today to see an employee go to the back and 3 minutes later says 2 more minutes. My customer's food sat, waiting, and getting cold the whole time. To be ignored by staff and take a hit through my employer for it is wrong. Maybe a second person to work the register would be a starting place to repair the situation.

I’m a frequent customer of this shop because I used to work in the mall when Sears was still there and love the food. Tonight, I was given about half the amount of Chicken that I normally receive and watched another person ahead of me receive the normal amount. When I asked, I was told by the person at the register in the picture that the customer in question worked in the mall currently and was a VIP because of that, and received special treatment for that.

Food is very expensive for what little portion you get. The guy at the end of the line that puts the chicken is the absolute meanest / rude person you will ever talk to in your life. He asks for tip all while you ask for a little bit of sauce since the food is so damn dry then he rolls his eyes and says something in Spanish , why in Spanish ? Maybe because he doesn’t believe you speak it and are saying thing’s disrespectful. Don’t recommend this place due to disrespectful staff .

This is located at the food court in the mall. Although the food is a little bit greasy but what do you expect from a fadt food joint. Overall I give it a 5star rate since I eat there most of the time. The serving is quite good. And the service is quite okay.
There needed to be a little more seasoning in the rice. The seafood was amazing and the sides we got. Shrimp tempura and dumplings were great as well.

The food is so good but I hate when I ask for more sauce, the employees always ask for a tip and if you dont leave a tip they will give you attitude and NOT give you more sauce. I will call corporate if this continues to happen!

Bento ain't worth 15 freackin dollars... and the employee cooking the meat says something in spanish(probably cursing) when you are a little bit slow on taking your food away. I'd rather use panda express next time

ordered twice a week, will never order again. Ordered delivery, 1st driver stole my order (not their fault), and then they refused to reissue the order or answer a phone call and wasted 14 drivers time as Uber Eats also refused to offer assistance. Terrible. Sorry, lost a customer today (ordered twice a week, fools).
