Visiting from Virginia and was looking for that Chicago cuisine everyone raves about. Well this place exceeds expectations. The curb appeal is gorgeous. The staff are amazing. Pete makes an amazing blue cheese dirty martini. I’m very particular about my martinis and he overdelivered. So the food. They have created an environment where bar meets fine dining. NEW OWNERS -- NOT JACK DESMONDS NOW. Food and service was very good and surroundings pleasant. Friendly staff. Rather small menu but the food was upscale and tasty. Would return here. Has facilities for parties.
