Food 8.5/10 Sauce 8/10 was flavorful but not spicy we got the Seoul spicy sauce they didn't have the bull sauce. The waffles are kinda small, it's two cut in half and each half was one bite. Ratio of waffles and chicken was not hitting. Service was eh, the nice cashier seemed new and asked us to repeat several times and or didn't know what was in the meal options. It was cold in the restaurant we dined in, hate being cold when eating. Personal preference. Would definitely go back. Wish there was an option to toss the chicken in sauce versus dipping.“

“This has been my go-to shop for broasted chicken. Quaint little hole-in-the-wall place for good quality, fresh food. I have not yet had any negative experiences with their chicken, apart from maybe the occasional soggy bits on the otherwise crispy skin, but that could be attributed to the chicken steaming inside of the box during the car ride home, so it is best eaten as quickly as can be devoured to experience max deliciousness and freshness. I have been ordering take-out from them for several years and hopefully will continue ordering from them for several more years to come.“

I had the fish, Mac and cheese, collards, stuffing. The best fried fish I HAVE EVER HAD. It tasted home-made. Everything was fresh and good and I’d have taken a picture but I was too busy stuffing my face! My husband said the lady behind the counter was super sweet and offered suggestions and he (who does not eat fish!) ate half my fish!! The portions are HUGE for the price and I will be returning. “First time trying Bonchon and wish there was one closer where I live! We tried the boneless wings in Korean BBQ and Garlic Soy. The coating was nice and crunchy and chicken very moist, high quality white meat. We ordered the kimchi coleslaw which was fabulous. Our waitstaff mentioned that we could get coleslaw for free with the wings as we were given a choice between coleslaw and pickled radish. We said we still wanted an order of the kimchi coleslaw and we'd select the pickled radish but were given regular coleslaw. Then we also shared the tteokbokki which was very nice with good heat to it, how I like it. Last was the potstickers which we all enjoyed and were nice and crispy. 4 stars because we didn't get the radish, and also they automatically add gratuity which I don't agree with.“

The tall young lady in the braids, I assumed was the owner or manager that day was very polite and checked on us a few times. Our server, Daniesha was busy but never skipped a beat. She took our order in a reasonable time and made sure everything was good. NOW FOR THE FOOD: Of course we ordered the pot roast cupcake: it was delicious… the pot roast was flavorful and the cake was sweet which complimented the savory roast well. We ordered: Cajun Green tomatoes, the Oxtail palate with rice & gravy and Mac & Cheese, the Grilled Shrimp & Grits with a side of candied yams. The food came out piping hot, the portions were HUGE, and everything was well seasoned. Being from Louisiana I have high standards about food (TASTE in particular) and honestly everything was delicious. I was very pleased with the size of the oxtail. They were big, meaty pieces and the gravy was so good. My wife loved the flavor on the shrimp and grits and said the yams were some of the best she’s had. Everything was reasonably priced and honestly we had a great experience. Looking forward to bringing my family here when they visit.“

I got a pound of Alaskan King crab legs, and while they didn’t come with crab crackers, we only had a little trouble breaking the meat out. Phenomenal crab legs. They came with perfectly seasoned red potatoes and corn on the cob. My partner ordered (fried) shrimp tacos and could not stop raving about them. The shrimp was very fresh. We also ordered fresh cut fries and they were outstanding, though they could use a bit more seasoning. But extra seasoning was brought upon request. The owner, Shawn, brought out the food, was attentive to our needs, and even struck up a friendly conversation as we left.
