The gluten free pizza crust was a delight. After being told by my doctor to go Gluten Free four years ago, I thought I'd never enjoy pizza again. I've tried crust after crust, all of them disappointing in at least one way. This crust, though, my god. I had a not so great turned great experience here. The food is good as always. We were told it would be a 40 minute wait since we didn't place our pizza in advance but we were okay with that. It ended up being a 2 hour wait. We were starving and a bit impatient at the time but the manager came and talked to us and was super helpful and made things right so we were super grateful. The waitress was nice too!

Visited in March 2023 to test the famous Chicago Deep Dish. The boss advised us not to take one each, he was right because with a medium for 2, we had to fight to get through it. It's hearty and it's good. We also had the opportunity to chat with the boss, it made us happy that he devoted some of his time to the tourists that we are, we appreciated his kindness.
