“I was doubting to make a review on 3/7/24 but I believe that this KFC is better then ever..The customer service was so great theFirst time I came for there grand opening.So far that I came in there was a manger wearing a black and white stripe shirt names Sabrina. She was very polite and professional even though she was struggling that’s night with a bunch of orders she came up to me and talk to me and explain that everyone is still new and working on how to be better and more efficient with completing, orders and she did warning everyone saying that it was going to be a long waiting on chicken and I totally understand because the drive thru was extremely pack and busy as well as inside of the store.My only concern was one of the female with red hair that night was extremely loud and making rude nauseous comments about costumers weight and everyone heard that night and wanted to speak with manger that night and that was Sabrina.I seen that Sabrina was struggling to have the girls complete orders correctly that night and asked for Sabrina name and the other girls names also I was told it was Gisele and Natalie.So far as that night goes Sabrina and the girl in brown hairs where very polite and explain the situation and noticed a lot of people that night was extremely upset with Sabrina and also yelling at her and the other female that had brown hair. As a customer my food took long but also came up correctly made and they throw in extra sides and I appreciate for that and extra chicken as well. I’m just very surprised that this KFC turned around because before then there where very rude and didn’t care and didn’t comply before.Love this KFC now and doing better“

“I went for lunch (around 2:10pm) through drive thru and the young man taking the orders has one of the best customer service I ever had at KFC. I just wanted a chicken breast but he mentioned how I can save money if I just got the meal. Very well spoken too. Once I got to the window they were fast and he even asked me how my day was. I loved his service , by the way the chicken was fresh and crispy. I will def return.“
“I love this location. It's always a little off putting because the ladies sometimes sound mean through the DT speaker but when you reach the window they are ALL very warm and friendly. Kudos to these ladies. I come to this location just for them.“
“This is a KFC, you know what's here, no need to go into detail on they're food its whatever, I'm leaving this review just because of their worker, sorry don't know his name, but he is one of the friendliest, nicest, and more upbeat person I've ever seen work here, he was working the register, and he just seems so happy and attentive to what you want, it's extremely rare to see people like that nowadays, I just want to say that he is doing an amazing job, truly an exceptional worker.“

Like, an occasion was being marked because he felt we could splurge on take out or be as extra as to have a bucket of chicken all to our family. Slaw and biscuit are the best. I love adding the jelly on the biscuits with a bit of honey and butter.Kid-friendliness: This has always been a family centric place.“

“Right round my way, this is my most visited kfc.The last time I visited, it was pleasant. One guy in front if me, one behind, we all 3 ordered that $20 fill-up, I think its called. Only the greatest promotion piece ever. It feels inexpensive, feels like it can satisfy, even if you're sharing w one other. We each had to await fresh breasts, but the counter was so friendly, we were rendered friendly.Another guy came in w a misorder. The crew accepted responsibility, the guy was pleasant about it, and all w him was righted. Then, we original 3 got our orders and wished everyone lovely evenings.This was an enchanted kfc. At least this particular Sunday evening.“

“Food was good the biscuits I got were made fresh was nice cause I've never got to experience a fresh KFC biscuit? I miss the fill up box they used to have. You can't really control the customers but when a woman came in with obvious sickness and decided to sit right up on my family I had to leave.“
“I think the renovation must have cut in to their HR budget because I have NEVER had a worse experience at this location and this was my 1st visit since they closed to renovate. We went to the drive thru as one car just finished ordering and the only other car in front of us pulled up to order. We sat there while they "ordered"? for a solid 5 minutes. They were still there when we parked to go in and order bc it was nuts for it to take that long. We parked, walked in, it was empty, one guy was at the drive thru window and there was no one else to be seen. We waited another 4 mins before I started saying "hello? Excuse me, we'd like to order?" 2 mins later some employee walked up with no urgency, seemingly annoyed, never apologized, asked for our order. Took our order as 2 other folks walked in, 1 had a mobile order and the other 2 were dining in. We waited 10 mins for a quesadilla, a small mashed potato and a drink which is self serve. The lack of customer service, respect or urgency was disgusting. When we got our $15 order 10 mins later and we thanked him, he almost didn't even say anything but mumbled "welcome" as we were turning to leave. They should be appalled. Service was better before the decor was the focus. Will not be returning. Stay away.“
“Brilliant Service. I called and asked to be put into communication with the Fungaloid, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quick the service was. The Fungaloid answered, and also made my meal quickly and efficiently. Props to you Fungaloid! I only spent 100$ purely because 75$ of it was tipped straight to the Fungaloid, hope he enjoys!Wheelchair accessibility: I rode my wheelchair inside and the Fungaloid carried me in his big strong arms“
“One of the few KFC near me continue to carry original chicken. Dad has no teeth of his own. Therefore, the crust on original is soft enough for him to enjoy some fried chicken, now and then. So appreciate this remains on menu. Thumbs up! Tasty as well :-)“
