If you want to try the famous deep dish pizza, this is definitely the place to go! Unlike other chains, this place felt more authentic, less crowded and with optimal service. The pizza was very good, and the ingredients used seemed to be of good quality!Definitely a must do in Chicago!
FACT:My pizza was never made!The server offer to make it "quickly in 5-7 minutes, or bag it to go"I was very frustrated because I'm there to be immerse in the experience of an outing with friend's for dinner.No, I don't want a pizza in 7 minutes, my friends were done eating. Every trip to Chicago means a mandatory visit to Lou's for us, and they've yet to let us down. Their food is always spot on, and you definitely get your money's worth when it comes to portion sizes. We popped in super late this last time, straight off a flight and basically ready to eat anything in sight. The appetizer was fantastic as was the pizza and wings. Definitely make sure to swing by Lou's if you're in the area.
