So I used to dine here in the 1990's-2000's once a week for either a breakfast sandwich to go, or breakfast or lunch at the counter. Came here for my last breakfast meal and it did not disappoint!Once you're seen you're able to choose wherever you'd like to sit. They're quick to check on you and I put in my order as I came in during the last hour they were open. We wanted to try someplace fun for breakfast and after seeing pictures of this place we knew exactly where to go. The food is your typical diner food but the vibe felt so fun and retro. The walls are decked out in Blackhawks memorabilia and there is an open kitchen behind the bar. Per our waitress's recommendation, I did a create your own omelette with chicken sausage, mozzarella cheese, salsa, and spinach with a side of fruit and rye bread.
