Not an extensive menu, but the fish was fresh and excellent. Cool trendy vibe, a bit pricier than probably needed, but I'd go again for the 5 Star sashimi quality. I gave it a solid 4 due to its lack of interesting rolls or other bits.
Sushi San is my favorite Sushi restaurant in the Chicago area. (I literally go AT LEAST once a week) It is pricey, but I never regret it. The spicy Tuna Aburi is amazing. The rice bowls are to die for. Drinks are fantastic. Service is top notch.The low lighting makes it perfect for a date night, or a night out with friends before going wild in River North.I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this place.Make reservations as it can get pretty busy.I love you Sushi San...read full review

Went for a quick late bite. Food was really good for the most part (liked everything but the tuna roll). For a place of that size, they definitely need more than just 2 unisex restrooms.
