I have been ordering my husband's birthday cake from here for the past 10 years because it's his favorite cake place. I am NOT a cake person (I prefer pies or ice cream cake) but not going to lie, this is one cake I eat every time I order it for my hubby or my kid. I called long distance to have a cake delivered to my son (who is in Chicago for college) on his birthday. The person I spoke to on the phone was kind and patient and very helpful! The process was easy and the cake was perfect and delivered exactly on time to the correct place. This was my all time favorite bakery, lemon cupcakes being the absolute best. It’s still just as charming and delicious after all these years. They now have gluten free options which is fantastic, but maybe call before heading over because they were all out of the cupcakes when we went there, however, they had a huge fresh gluten free sugar cookie with frosting and sprinkles that was a wonderful treat!
