“We went to BK this morning around 10am. The cashier who we assumed to be the manager working this morning had such a postive attitude and was so kind checking on every single one of his customers. This guy deserves a raise. He was so friendly and funny. We need more people like him in this world. The date was 3/16/2024“
“First time dining here and we had a solid dining experience. Laura did a fine job serving us in spite of there being a staff shortage that night. My wife's birthday was last night and she did a great job making us feel comfortable so that we could enjoy the experience. My wife loved the tomato basil soup and I really enjoyed my ribeye steak. “I mean, it's Wendy's, food wise you're going there because you know what you want and they've got it. But the people who work here are incredible. On the kiosk, once the credit card is processing, the "back" button is still available on the screen, and since a biggie bag counts as 1 item my partner hit "back" to confirm the items which resulted in me getting charged without the order processing. But the cashier and manager were so friendly and helpful, that's customer service you never see at chain restaurants and hardly even see at other restaurants. 11/10, if you're ever craving a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger take the drive to this location, they're wonderful.“
“As a fisherman and volunteer down at nearby Santa Fe Prairie, I've been to this place dozens of times over 20 years and have always been pleased.One disappointment we had was when they stopped selling cheap bags of ice some years ago. We go through a lot of ice/beverages while fishing on the Des Plaines River at Santa Fe Prairie, and this was always a reliable source. It'd be GREAT if you could bring it back!My special thanks to the kid at the drive-through at 15:25 on 9 February. I ordered a simple medium fries, no salt, and when I drove up to the window to pay, this bloke took a look at me and recaculated the price for me to include a senior discount. He's definitely a consciencious employee, but sadly, I did not get his name.Good job, guys.“
“I had a a birthday party when my son was five years old. And it was an Amazing party Because they used to have the playplace. But now that they took it down. It just seems like no fun for the kids anymore . Please bring back to play place so we could go back and play.“

“This place is walking distance from my job, I always saw it and decided to stop in after seeing it featured on Instagram. They were super busy at the time but the cashier lady was very nice. They care about the food and service here. The burger was amazing and the fries were nice and crispy with good seasoning. Will definitely be back.“
“My go to place for Hot Dogs in the area. For the price and quality this hits the spot. I have tried the beef which is very good and the burgers are pretty good but I always seem to fall back on the Hot Dogs. Service is great and the customers seem to be regulars there (older crowd) since this place has been around for a while.“
