Service was extremely slow. People were waiting 20-30 minutes for their order. There was a huge crowd around the pick up area. Food was good, but my date was half done with her meal before I could join her. NOT GOOD.
With the new ownership impacting the daily experience. Everything is good but diluted from the original experience. We deserve the full experience not a watered down, good enough experience.
