They have a real problem with people either picking up the sandwich of others or giving them to the person ahead of me in the drive through. But they remade our meals, so that was good.
Ordered online to save time on my lunch break. Special instructions were not followed as I asked for it to be heated instead of toasted (sandwich was cold) and was missing 2 of the 3 meats that already come on the sandwich. When I called I was told they could only compensate the mistake if I brought it back up there and they would remake it. Being at work I asked for a partial refund on a gift card or something of that nature and was denied and told again I had to bring the sandwich...read full review
